If you get sound but the video picture is a black screen
You MUST set your computer's graphic card to use MILLIONS OF COLOURS-
On your PC - Changing your colour depth and screen resolution
STEP 1: Click the START button then choose the following: SETTINGS - CONTROL PANEL - DISPLAY
The DISPLAY control panel will pop open
STEP 2: Click the furthest right tab - called SETTINGS
At the bottom a pull down menu will allow you to select different colour depths
STEP 3: You must select either 24 bit (millions of colours - if available) or 32 bit - True Colour (millions+)
NB. If you use 16 bit (thousands) or 8 bit (256) the video will not display properly
STEP 4: You should also set your screen resolution at the bottom. We recommend you use at least 1024 x 768 or higher.
NB. The higher you set the resolution on your graphics card, the smaller the text and video will appear on the monitor screen
STEP 5:Click the APPLY button and wait for the computer to switch mode (the screen will go black for a second as the card switches display mode)
STEP 6: Then a confirmation message asks you to confirm the change - Click
OK
